I learned a lot about art and drawing throughout this self portrait drawing. I had to use a lot of shading methods, to create shadows and textures. We used a lot of materials. The first consisting of four different shaded pencils. We also needed a blending stump and sand paper to clean the blending stump.Â
This is my painting of a kiwi that I did it art class. This experience has taught me a lot about art in general. We learned there are four main areas in painting, and they are all a little bit different. When I first learned that we would be doing a painting I knew that I wanted to do some kind of fruit. Then, I saw this picture of a kiwi and I wanted to do it. Through this project I have learned a lot about patience and art. I had to trust the process and just keep painting.
