The Clarence boys JV-A soccer team is off to an incredible start this season, with victories against both Lancaster and St. Joes, each ending in a 2-1 score. Both of the winning goals came from the team captain, Landon Weiss. Lancaster was considered their toughest opponent in this division. Beating these difficult teams has set the tone for this Clarence team, helping them continue the season with a 7-0 lead, making them the #1 in their division so far this season.
The team's strong leadership has been a major factor in their success. Team captains are Landon Weiss (10), Gavin Pepper (99), Eli Muller (13), and Owen Zang (3).
While Clarence has a balanced roster with all amazing players has helped them drive to this success, Weiss, along with Jhorlan (7), has provided strength and dedication to this team in scoring.
