Invitational Details:

• This will be a virtual, asynchronous Division B Science Olympiad Invitational.

• The Invitational will take place on the Scilympiad platform from January 18th, 2027, to January 24th, 2027.

• Cost per team (not per school): $65 (early bird), $75 (regular registration). Title 1 schools can register for free.

• Payment options: Check (find more details below) -- if your school is unable to pay by check, please reach out to hgscioly.invitational@gmail.com.

Registration Instructions for Head Coaches:

1. Make a Scilympiad account (if your school doesn't have one already) for your school's team(s) here.

2. Sign into Scilympiad and register for the Horace Greeley Invitational. You MUST complete the online payment process to generate your invoice. This process does NOT involve actual payment; it is just for generating the invoice.

3. Make check payable to "Chappaqua Central School District" ("Chappaqua CSD" shortened) and write in the memo: "Science Olympiad". 

   1. The name of the school/team for which the payment is MUST be written on the physical check or envelope.

4. Mail the check to 70 Roaring Brook Rd, Chappaqua, NY 10514 with attention to John McManus.

5. Ensure that your school's team(s) are registered with your State Science Olympiad organization.

6. Wait for contact from the HG Invitational team for next steps (student registration, etc.)
