HOPE is now going Zero Waste!

What does zero waste mean?

Zero waste means using almost to no plastic. This is one of the many steps you can take to make this world a better place. Plastic is forever, and has many negative impacts for our planet. We need to stop using it!

How can we be zero waste?

We won't be selling anything with single use plastics (we will have recycled plastic) at fundraisers, and we will do our best to spread the message and encourage our entire community to join us in this wonderful journey in ways such as putting up zero waste posters, telling our friends and family about our movement, and organizing local beach cleanups to remove the plastic that has already reached the ocean!  

One more thing...

It's really hard to be zero waste and we encourage our viewers to cut back on plastic and try to be more mindful to make this easier. We will make a map of zero waste stores all over the nation. Also, some of our products will have recycled plastic collected by members on beaches and other places to keep plastic out of landfill. 

 To inspire people to join our zero waste mission, we  will  list zero waste stores from all over the country.
