Fill the bucket with dirty or untreated water (from wells or rivers)

Place AquaFilter on top so it floats and sits in the water

Wait for the water to slowly pass through the filter (about 1-3 hours per bucket). Placing it in sunlight can speed up the convection process

Collect the clean water from the bucket once filtration is complete

Maintenance every 2-3 months (based on ceramic filters): Remove the ceramic foam unit and gently rinse the ceramic foam under clean water after taking it out of the bucket. Use light pressure to remove sediment while keeping biofilm intact
