What's Covered:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Non-functioning electronics (HelmetCam, LED Lights, Bluetooth, Sensors, etc.,)
Battery or charging port issues
Faulty magnetic chin strap, if due to production errors
What's Not Covered:
Damage caused by accidents, falls, or impact
Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, padding wear)
Water damage not aligned with product IP rating
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Lost or stolen items
Warranty Period
12 months from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required)
