The observation is the beginning of this program before teacher practice. In this activity, I observed my CT (Coordinating Teacher) Ma'am Tadeo. She is a Biology Teacher, teaches grade 11 STEM in SLU Lab High School, handles 5 class from STEM I to STEM M. During the observation, I sit at the back of the class observed the class activity, teacher's and student's activity and also assisting in the laboratory activity.

To ensure students understand the material, the teacher consistently incorporates a question-and-answer session or an activity involving answering questions at the end of each lesson.

Additionally, the teacher assigns a final report in the form of a paper at the end of the 11th grade. This report involves designing a research project that students will carry out in the 12th grade.
