Ways to optimize our study time:
1.Use time management techniques:
Pomodoro Techniques: Study in focused about 25 minutes followed by 5 minutes break. After like 4 sessions, take a longer break about 15-30 minutes. It helps maintain focus and prevent burnout.
Time Blocking: Assign specific of time of different tasks. For example,9:00-10:30 AM for reading tasks and 10:30-12:00 PM solving problem tasks.
2.Prioritize Your Tasks
Classify tasks as urgent, important, not urgent and not important to focus on what really matters.
Start with challenging subjects or assignments your mind is fresh.
3.Minimize Distractions
Choose a quiet place with minimal distractions
Turn off notifications like put your phone in "Do Not Disturb" mode to limit notifications while studying.
4.Maintain Good Physical and Mental Health
Try get sleep about 7-9 hours per night. It can help improves memory and focus in our life.
Exercise regularly like 3 times in a week because it can help brain functioning, reduce stress and helping you stay sharp or focus.
