After choosing a problem to solve, we had to design a solution that would solve our problem. Our solution had to be something original that did not exist yet. Each member of our group came up with three designs for the prototype of our product. For each sketch, we had to follow the criteria and constraints that we made for the design phase of our project. We then ran each sketch through another decision matrix that we made to evaluate each sketch and kept our top three sketches. We created a final design combining aspects of the three top sketches to make the best possible prototype for our project.
