Y7 meowbit project

I love DT

This year I will make game device I am really exciting about making my own game device and design my game devise's shape. I want to make it like easy to bring. Also I never program the game device in my life. And I heard that the game screen is change so I got chance to make more good design and easy to use and fun to play. Easy to play meanes it easy to bring and control If I made misstake with my gaming device's shape maybe it will be not good so when I am going to design my gaming device's shape I need to think I need to focus.

This is the gaming screen and like microsoft beat also it can control from the botton I don't know how to work so I am not realy sure about it.This what I going to use for playing games. I think I need to program in the computing but I am also excited about that too. And also I did't realy think what game I am going to program like make what kind of games is it.

I think this is last year's case of the gaming device I like this design too but I hope I can make easy to bring and feeling good when I bring it and uncanfutable to bring it. Also it looks like it has like some keyholders so I can put with some my cace and if I was boring I can do it. It looks like this is corbon so I need to make sure that I am not going to drop it to the ground It might cruck. But carbon is really storong so like using for car too.

This is the maker of the game microsft meat. I don't really know how it works for me but it looks like some athers were using for like robot and like programing it on that microsoft beat. In this year it changed before the screen is changed so I am really excited what shape is the case is and how the game screen is good. I kwno that the LED become more and it was only for few games to set but this year I think itcan select more ather games.It might changed the screen maker then before because it changed shape and the screen is really difrent then before. I hope this year I can do really more better then last year. Last year my design that my shpe on the on shape it was not good and shaving was so but so this year I need to make design to be more good then last year. Ofcourse I need to do the website and more better then before but most time I made like mistake it all from design or draw and shaving too.

context

Gaming is a multi-billion dollar business that has been expanding for many years now. There is no sign of a decline in the popularity of gaming, and there are many opportunities for a lucrative career in the different facets of the gaming industry. Therefore, it is an area of interest for educating and upskilling our students here at Rugby School Thailand. I think this picuter from korea but I never no that if they played game and they can get a lot of mouney. I think this time of context menes like program own gaming device. I never program the game before so I am interested in it. Also I think this is really good chance to make the good game because it became more good corities and more big screen so I am actually really excited about this unit.

Design Brief

You are required to come up with a suitable theme for a game that can be programmed onto a Meowbit. You should then research the theme and present a range of design ideas for a handheld console to hold the Meowbit chip and allow users to interact (play with) the game. Once you have designed a solution you must manufacture the final product from suitable materials. I think I always need to think that what will it happen when I do this ofcource if I made mistake then think about where I am I get wrong. I think in here I need to see perfect size that I can fit with meowbit and also I need to fit with concol that I will control the game.

Design Restrictions

Your product must be handheld - no bigger than 100 mm x 110 mm from a top view. What I need to think about is that it need to br perfect size with out side case because if doesn't fit with case it will be more difficalt. How much space is the cotroler is using or how big is the screen it it.

You must design around the standard sizes of the Meowbit features - LED panel and buttons. So that minnse I really think about what case can I make like where can I put the bottons and screen too. Also I am not really sure that the screen size and botton is changed so I did't see the real case yet.

Your design must consider anthropometric data and include ergonomic features. I think this meanes I need think that the size of my hands so that I can know homuch can I make my case to be big. But what I can move is the screen and botton. I think this might be hard to think about this too.

Your final model must be manufactured using mainly 3D Printing. I am really excited about 3D printer because I am like this in year 6 but it was reall cool and a lot of pepole chose many shape. Some of look like they thinking how it can fit with hands some pepole think about design too. I think in here I need to make good design easy to bring.

My mind map for meowbit gaming concol

Thisis my mind map for this year I am not really saure that I am saing correct or doing correct. I made this mind map before too but actually I am not really understand that what teacher want to have on my mind map. I think in the mind map I think I can't have a lot of sentences because I think it like poster if it poster I need to make easy to read and eazy to see.

This is app that I useed for making my mind map. I am using unly like that pattern but it has more pattern to chooce so it might be really useful when I am going to make my mind map or your mind map. This app is free to downloads but then it will ask to make take money but if you click close botton you can still use for free. And this app can really easy to make new tab if I use procreant I might made like crunky I think I can see really well then procreat and you can choose size too.

I think this is the most look like that we will make for this year. Because it hase screen and battery that why. But this type maybe the shape might be diffrent and swich is maybe not same place. Also Inever notice that they are all made by Sony. Maybe the speakers is not that big. I am sorry that I did't taked photo of the back side of this gaming device but I think it is not same us next right one.

This is the also made by Sony maker. But I really inmpress with this gaming controler because of the like it has consol that I can move is feeling so good and they really think about how to fit humans hands with gaming controler. Also this gaming device also using at the top too maybe it make for making doesn't use too much space but it was really easy to touch when I click at the top botton. Also this is incloudig battery too.

I am sorry that this picuture looks like really wired but it might more easy to see the how this shape is. I am really inmpress with this gaming device because it perfectly fit to my hands. I think this is the most thinking about how pepole can play game by not uncafutable. This shape is relly difficolt say but it might be the most coanfutable to control the game. Inclouding the bottons too maybe if the adult use then it might be they feel like too small but I think I can fit my hands.

In here I am showing that how it looks like at the back because it might be the most difficolt part because I need to make it uncoutable to bring so maybe that will be my mission for this year and drawing. Also it is diffrent with meowbit that I will mke this yera it need to fit the screen with gaming device case and fit battery and control like swich also need to be too. I want to see athers too but I don't have on so I will search on the google.

This is new vision of the pristaion controler but I think it does't have any diffrence. This control looks like really simple to me but it is really diffrent gaming device's shape so I am a little bitte suprise.

This is the nitendou swichi you can connect with your screen also if you want just use two pepole then you can use to like that too. I think right now's one is make every maker to be really big screen to make every one to easy to see. And also you can connect with your TV or add some apps that you can play on TV. I think maybe nintendo think that they cam make thin and looks like cool.

This is how look like when you want use only one controler to do two pepole. I think nintendo is really cool because I can play the sport with that that controler can know that how pepole is wearing what pepole moving. In japan I saw the add that pepole was playing vollyball in the nintendo. Maybe if you buy option to want to play like arrow you need to buy but half them sport can play.

I don't really understad this maker but when I search that you can play on this device games too but it looks like computer by control like gaming device's so you can play in there too but also you can use like computer too. I think this might coping the nintendow swich because it looks like really same us it. But I rewally fill that this gaming device is right now's gaming device. Also I think a little bitte but they try to think about how it can fit the humans hands and easy to control. It look like this is the model of it but I never so this so it might be not too famous.

I am sorry that I missed one lesson so I don't have a poster of the secoundly research but on hear as you can see there is a lot of things that you can look at it so please blook at this too. But I am notice that for now they are thinking how it fight size with every one's hands but in nintendow it is really thin and it just like circle so that it can fit every one so nintendow might be really good for thinker. Maybe it might same as phone because like rectangle shape is really easy to bring so that why nintendow think that why they are dowing like that.

This is my poster of the primary research. For this I can't say this poster is really great because it has a lot of space and it might really difficolt to see from far away. But I like this back ground because if it just only the back ground color is light yellow that why I make it that I am painting like drawing so that I can make it out stand it and every one think what is this ?

I quickly made some poster now. It using by nintendo light. I think I feel this poster might look like more better then the poster that I made it before, In before I think I am saying that I am not in the school so I am not actually making a secound research of posters but I got time to make it so it was really good for me.

This is my image of some stain. I might like the brocks one might looks really goof because it relly normar like really simple. But it is okay to have a lot of ideas tok so I put this many but I fills like this poster making me that this is really interesting.

Project update

I have a little bit mising somethink like ideas but we are need to use brainpad ar-1 for this project because of there is no stuck in the shop or like garge that keep some staff in it. I don't know how it really diffrent with it bad the shape is really diffrent. I feel like this gaming device i feel that I know how is it working and how is it use to. I know it has a lot of gaming device in website but this is maybe really thinking about how they know working and easy to program for every one in year 7.

Your product must be handheld - no bigger than 160 mm x 100 mm from a top view. I think if I campare with the meawbit it might really diffeent size because of the shape and maker that makeing this gaming device. The shape is look like really rectangle for me and bottons or controlers are really diffrent place I think because of the shape.

I think this gaming devce has really diffrent shape with meaowbit so the bottons are not same place and screen size is not same so we need to restart to think about how it works and where can it need to have a space to put the gaming device in side of it.

Your final model must be manufactured using mainly 3D Printing. So it will be same that if we finish to make my ideas or sketing my design we need to copy with 3D printer to know how is it and we will adding some colours or shape. I think in here the picuture is the old one that the order pepole were doing last year.

Sketching

This is my first design using giant stag beetales. At the top as you can see that there is teeth like seser like at the middle part it showing that some mouth and parttern for this insect it coming from the line going down from top like middle. And I also change bottons part because I want have my on parttern for the bottons.

This is my image that I use it for my design it looks really nice for me. I never cought this insect but it looks so cool and it is really famout type of stug bittoles in Japan. I feel like my design like really simple so I really like it for me like I don't want to have a lot of pattern or some shape that like next one.

Because of I don't like it is that it looks like really messy for me so I might really need to think about space that I need to make but if I don't put not many shape or color it might not good enough so I will try my best for this project. Last year too I was really nevous that what shape do I need to choses for my touch.

This is my imagination of my design that I put next to it maybe around of shape I put some cloud shape like flaffy. I also want a little bit some fish around my design like insideof my design but I thougt that it might be really messy and it going to be full and maybe for this gaming device pattern will be most important if I bring it then is it really coufutable.

I think this is my most favorite one because of like cuteness for the DT design I think this is not the most best one because of not much texture in this design so if I want to make it more good blance for texture and some shape it might be more better for try to put texture. But also it can't be just texture I need to think some shape too. How can I make it goosd feeling for when I am playing. What I thought really good about was that this fox was having some some ears like a lomost really big size so maybe I can make it looks like that top botton of that remoate control of gaming device.

How to make a gif?I use gif toaster to make some gif it is really simple to control and chose. I like this aplication because it really easy to make gifs and it is really faster that I thought. But then mostly bad at is that if you want to do it then you need to add some on aplication it is free to donwload but you need to add to your tablet or computer.

I think someone noticed already but I can't use the media.io for a lot of picutures for free and it taking a lot of time so I tried to find on google but I still can't find it so I searched on apple store like on the apple aplication shop. It was okay before but then now it diffrent so I will use the gif toaster in the future. Some ather one has some name next to your gif if you make it so I am not using ather gif maker.

For the pencil you need to bring like this I think you might know that it same as last year but I need to bring at back of pencil to write really lightly then if you make some shape you can add some more darker colors to stand out some shape that you made. I think 2B pencil is really good for drawing because it nice and light. I also need to think about is when I want to erace some shape or what I draw.

Blending some color using color pencil

In this aim I think my mostly bad about doing it is breandig really well. I am not actuarry really good at doing some art like draeing. I know that if it was on the tablet or something it is really easy to draw so this picuture is not realy helping much but I think it make my easy to under stand. I learned from last year too but I was really bad for drawing some brending so I think for that I got bad score last week bad in this yaer I want to try my best.

Like this I am sorry that I can't really find some color pencil's light to darker one but it same that for brending inside need to be really light so that menes out side should be darker then inside so I can't just draw normaly. It is really difficolt to brend like light to dark but then if I did like make some circle to bread with it. I think this picuture that I put next to it so I hope I can draw like this in this year.

By the fine lining pen you can use some really thick pen or thin pen. I used for my one I use the 0.5 to out line and inside line of it because if I use 0.5 pen it is really thick for me it is really stand out when I use some really thick pen but I thought that it better to use 0.5 because I can draw like shapely. Of couse it can be 0.8 can use it for outside and inside it might be it really have a lot of thin line I might need to use some thin pen like 0.5. If I use the thick pen for inside it might be like it really difficolt write the inside of thin bit it can fill it up all way if I use some thick pen.

Thisis my final colorring and final fine lines with pens afterb this I will show you some texting picuter too. I think I am still have confident for brending the color with out side or inside. I just noticed that if I want to brend more well maybe I might better to do like thick dark place.

As you can see that I am doing really thick brending in dark place to like it is really dark. I think you might notice that I am just looks like feeling in the line like the flayal model so that I can feel that like this is really good exsample if I did this it might be more better. And lasting I am notice that I might make it like circle so that it can have out side is darker and inside is lighter. It might be better to do it in this picuter it looks like I am feeling only in the square so I will fix in the future too.

Maybe it is more beter to fill in the dark colur like around the botton like controling place and around scree too so that it can make it stand out like it looks like more 3D. But I am not really good at brending so much so I don't know what should I do it after dark to light. It is really difficolt for me . Also I am drawing really light press for coloring in all the time so it is looks like some time it not really filling in it but actuary it makes me that it is the pencil so it okay to have whare is that white color.

It might in here is the most good brending in my design paper. I am really bad at art so that I can't really make it dark to the lightness so I change some how to bring color pencil so that I don't ned to change the strong press that I am usin g for brending if I bring top it might be becaume really light if I bring the down below of the pencil it might be it too much light but I am really controled by that so I can be more better at brending. I might getting better then before but I might need to improve more so that in the futer I am not going to panick.

This is what I think in my brain like this I need the out side need to be dark and inside need to be light that why it called brending. I am not good at art so I am still not good at in here but I hope I can use more better to use it in the future I know that in the future I need to use maker to make some brending it might be really hard for me in the future so I need to make sure that I am ready to do it in the future. I can see that it is really skills in art too so I need to be prepare so that I can be make some more good skills for brending. Like what I said in the first left side of the brown thing if I use the thick dark place maybe it can be more standing out maybe it might be one of the skills for the brending.

Ithink actuary this is really good exsample for me it is inside of the design it is middle but if I press hard in the around some shape like screen ot botton or your textures too. Ifeel like this is what I am try to do it I feel like it is really diffrent for me I gess this is really good exsample for me.

And then I add some titles. Last year I use some my own models last year like fish shape of it. For this year maybe I can draw some gaming device kind off so that it can be contain. Also I use like some nintendou switchese of some shape of like flame so that it showing me that it is kind of inside the gaming device it like it showing from screen. I put some like arrows too because it a Ideas for me so that why I drew arrows. I also make it same colors as the nintendou switch like flame. And it will really change if I put some colors.

This is my final of design ideas. It looks like nice but again I am saying again and again but my brennding is so bad so I hope I can level up my skills more. But then I really like it for my design so I am going to say for this is okay for this year. I like what color that I am using for this. I am thinking that this year I am not actuary really like good shpae like it not acurat shape like it no straight lines or my shape is wabling. For my texting it was not that bad but I was try to finish rewally quickly as possible so it is not that good.

I am really sorry about this that it really bad qualiti of photos because I making to the gif so that why it can make these picutures to be like not good. But in here I am showing some steps of what I did an how did I did. 1 you can use pencil to draw really lightly. 2 You can use pen to draw it. 3 You can use color pencil to brend and fillwith color pencil. 4 Draw some tittle like design Ideas. 5 You can draw some comments about what you think what you thought about it.

Analysis and and evaluation of a Eita's design Ideas.

I think his ideas is really good because it like his using a lot of color and it has a lot of pattern that he is using. And he is not focusing for only some shpes his focusing a lot of ather shapes too that why it had more pattern and I thought that it is really artistick for me the first one is the maybe most best one because it really color full and a lot of pattern including some shapes too.

I really love this part because he is using two colors to make some color it is not same us brending but it is really good skills if it not like water painting it can't be easyly mix together. And this part he is using a lot of patterns so I am really proud of it.

In here he also doing mixing colors it looks like really nice it looks like rainbow. I also like his pattern. I think this is really good pattern for me. I might can put this tequnick to the my design too. I feel like he got really thinking about colors like what if I mix this?

I can't really understand what is this but this is also important skills because I know it aready printed by printer but then if I use pen to make it more stand out it will be useful it will looks like more better using pen to draw out like if I put some brending outside it might be going like really good.

I am really sorry to Eita that I will say negative thing. In here I am really don't understand what he want to do but I know he want to brend so it is good start like same us me I am really don't anther stand how to do more brending more well.

This is the shape and colors of ocean and sunset. I prety like the left sides part because the parten is really interesting for me like the looks are moving with some waters. I also enjoy the colors too it make me feel relax.

This is the crystal shape and colors. I am a little bit afrade that the outsides lines are a little bit to wibling. But I said before but it is good skills for make like colorful. At the cornner of his shape it really good skills for brending in there.

Thisis a shape of fire in the desirt. I love this pattern because at the middle I can see that it looks like heart but he has really good skills for art so I kike it. But then he might make it more dark color like in the yellow part so that it can be like I can feel like it more color full and it is more easy to brend.

This is the shape of flowers and meadow. I think this is a little bit can be improve because it hasn't coloring really well and the finelinig looks like I did it like suitable. But I like the part of the bottn because it is brending and it is really color full mostly he is using dark color and light color that why.

Digital sketching

This is how can you do it for drawing like skettching. If you skech half of it the Procreate automatically do it for other side like so that it can make if I drew half of my shape it automatically do it for other side same. I never know this skills so I hope I can use this tequnicks for futures too. But first thing you need to do is on the layers you need to do add it and change name like pencil sketching.

This is my sketching and fine lining and also coloring too. This is not perfectly finish for doing this but this is the part of what I did in the lesson. I think it is okay for my design in here as you can see that these are all animals it is really cute for me so for this tittle it animals design. The first one is the fox , chicken, owl and lastly it is the elphant shape. I like all these shape that I have. I think my fineliner skell is okay but I want to be mine to be like not wagly line if it the straight line it needs to be straight line.

For next layer you need to be change the name you can call it thin fine line. You can do fine line with black color really thine. I am sorry that I took this scrintiot when it the end of lesson so I have some color layers but pleses don't think about this. Also ander the Thin fine line 0.5 there is refrence but plese plese not think about it. But after you finish the thine fine line 0.5 you need to still do this.

This is how you can do in the the layer of color parts. We going to use new tools to do this. I never try to use this before so I am really bad to how to say like explain but I will try to use in the feutures too. If you just tap the like S and then click that where you want to color it in and if you change to order layer like color and then you can start to spray.

This is the new one that we going to use it for this year. It become diffrent but then the design is almost same so it fine for me. I hope I can make really good game and really good designs too. I always like too put like cute things like animals I really like animals so much. I am also exciting for programing my games too.

This is what I done so far for degital sketching. I think I done coloring really well so I think I don't need to rush the lesson. I use some brending skills a little bit so that I can use the light to light up the middle so I can feel like this is where the light going. I also want to show some colors because for like light at the bottom it is elephant I use some grey color to show what is it this is elephant.

For the layers that I am using is at the two tops is the fine line and outline thick pen. You must do this because if you want to mask the highlight,shadow and color it is really better to have this top two layers. at third one it is the hilight I am really try to improve the skills of hilight but I can't feel like my skettching is have some highlight in it or not. Forth one it is the shadow this is for try to make it looks like it is 3D model. For shadow it is also really difficult. For color the new thing is that I put the colors to the all the shapes that I have. I think that it it didn't make more new things that I put on the website before. aAlso importantly you need to use some mask so that you can make really nicely. I show about masking above this so take it look at it plese.

This is the brush I am using for This fine line 0.5. I like the procreate pen at the most but when you using that it is really better to have some apple pencil to draw if you using a hand it might make you difficult to draw it. For fine line layers you need to do outline and inside details.

for the 0.8 layer it is the same brush procreate pencil but I will change the thickness of the brush. I think it will be more good to do 100% thick ness. It is really difficult to do a out line because if I like too wiggling it will looks really bad so I must don't do that but I can't sketch as same as the the shape of my ideas.

This is for the hilight you can use airbrush to make not like spray painting. As you can see for hilight I don't need to be really thick brush but then at the bottom of the brushe's size setting I must make it middle because if it high then it will makes you if you drew then it is really light but if you make it middle if you drew again and again it will be witer and white so that menese you can control the bright ness of color.

For making some shadow you will use same blush as the hilight but then you need to think about opacity need to be really need to have some control if you want to make some out line you can make it dark the as it will gose inside and inside it need to be getting lighter so that it will looks like nice shad. You brush need to be really big too if you want to do it really well you need to use masking too do shadow really well.

This is the photo of what did I done so far. It is getting way better than starter of to left hand side it is the fox shape but the shadow and highlight is not that good for me because it is not really looks like 3D so far but as you can see at the bottom of the right side I feel like it is better then I made it before.

For in here it is extention because it is really small pices for each it has hilight in it too. If you look at the real gaming device it has actual same things on the gaming device so it makes me it is the real.

This one is not really extension thing but you can put some really dark green paint in side the screen I know that you might put some highlight on it but it is still okay because I am using the dark green to make screen.

This is my final degital skettching in my project. I put some tittle and some explaination. Maybe I lash for this last part like exprainition because it is really less but still I feel it was really good finish for this year. I hope I can make really good shape on the final designed ans actual finish. I really think it getting really higher lever than before because it got more layers so it really difficolt to control and making mistake with some layers. Somtimes I put some colors on the hilights layer so it mistake one I wrong pen when I fix it.

As you can see in there it showig pretty good shadow in it so it make me really stick. But then for hilight i feel like this is nt pretty good for looking like it is reall or 3D. As you can see in here too that inside the color I am also thinking about hilight so that I can feel that it is 3D. Also screen is also really extra thing but it looks like the shine can is coming to your screen like that. Tnhat is the all thing for this part.

For hear I think I made some misrtake here because I use the really liht colors too hear like really light blown or really light black. As you can see at the top it is 0.8 hilight but it looks like I chose some wrong open to draw so I might lose quality for this one. Also there is a pretty extra thing you might not notice but I put some shadow and hilight to the botton to looks like it is 3D. This hilight is so bad I can't even control the hilight where is the bright and wheer is not.

as you can see here that I put some text around the all thing all I think really carefully was to try to makesome same color as the color that I use for the sketing like orange blown or yellow to make it same color dso that I can esily knoe it. If I did't use the same color as it it might be not brending or matching with my shape maybe. other thing that I think was I only make it bllackfor this one to stand out this only.But it was really good for me it was really good skills today.

sometimes I can't do it really well with the line because my hads is shaking sometimes. If I make it straight or there is the line thnat if I press long time it will make your line to straight or kind of circle shape too. But it doesn't have any kind of the line that I want to have it. So next time if I want to do that I need to really carefully do that and use like normal pencil on the apple pencil too. It is really good thing that I can slove it to how to do it so next time I needto be really care full on this . For me it might be better to draw in the paper.

Final design

I made this but I was coping the shape that like the old one so I started to do some model color paper to do more easier.It was looking so nice to me but I think the size might be really diffrent so it might be really difficolt to do on the onshape too. I felt all the staff that I draw was not same size big small big like that. But still I like the way that how I am going to show the totle it is the almost same thing as the degital sketch and also in year 6 touch project.

So I started same thing nut yhe shape is diffrent with the old gaming device and right now so the screen and botton has change but the shape that I would like to make is the still same.So first I looked the first paper that you can see at the top I will copy that to draw my final design. I think this project will using thelight box to show the shape of what I want to the paper. At the top of my this sentence I started some drawing it is my shape. Then I need to make it dark so when I tried to put on the light box it will be easy to show and easy to copy.

So I started to fineline with with 0.5 pen it is really good size of pen. Then one ting that I am diffrent with is that I was very late to do that because right now it is the half term weekend already so I will just finish some sketing first. And after that you need to also do erasing the pencile line that I have been made but I wrote too dark so it dosen't erased well.

In here I show some it is 3D because it is going to down like it is not holisont line so it will show some baunce. As you can see that I want to show like 3D that I am looking frome holisonto so it should be if it bauncy then it need to be up and down . But for the mastash it is down and up so it is not getting up. As you can see that the side of it it soomth too.

In here it shows the title don't forget to draw title into the final design. But actually I just copyed my vision that I had aredy made it before. It is almost same staff that it is on the degital skettching. It is very good for me I liked that around title it has gaming device background. This is the make this all staff excited from where try to look at it.

As you can see in this cornner it soomth so if I put some line on the second picuture of this paragraf it can't be look like 3D. This is also make me ah that is good idea. I don't have technologie at ART so I don't know how to show 3D. I need to say sorry in here because it did't erase that pencil line.

This is my actuar final design. I add some details to make it more cutter more reallistick. When I looked at my old one that I made for design in procreate I put a lot of texture into the shape so I put more a lot of texture in it. I also inmprove the shadow of my shape. Also at the left one the botton got bamping because it stand out. I used the pencil to make shade so that It will make it more reall shadow. I think it was very good staff that I had been made.

This is what I had been do it whole day. I made some gif it looks not good because the quality of the gif. I am still try to find the gif that it can make good quality of the gif. The good things about the gif is that I can put like videos that what had I made it before.

Onshape

Onshpe is a cloud-based computer-aided design (CAD) software that allows users to work on designs simultaneously. It's used in many industries, inclouding product design, machine part design and 3D printing too.

First go to the google classroom and you will get the link for getting you in how are you going to the Onshape. There is a lot of stage that you need to do but all staff you need to do is inside of this like that I am showing photos. I am not very good at using Onshape it is better then last yaer but it still looks but because of I don't know how to use the Onshape. but still it is very helpful that I can ask teacher to how to do it.

And then I think you will see this inside the link. Also if you click the like that sais brainpad AR-1 Onshape file you need to go that. Also if you want to you can just search with Onshape.com then open the website then you need to Search the brainpad AR-1. Then if you finish that you can go for next steps to finish doing Onshape.

Then you have to do the steps that it shows in the wbsite on DT. ithink you will get from teacher. This step will be step 2 in here I will skip the step one but for step one you just need to share the shape that you have been made it.

Then plese move the shape that you have been made it to the square that it has aredy go in here. Don't for get to much the shape that you had been made it because when you teied to sketch it will be really difficolt to put your details in your shape.

After that you got photos on your rectangle blue card you need to click sketch botton at the top of left side. Then you can use the line or spline you can do expeliment that what will happened if I use this tools. Don't forget that you need to chooses the layer of the face of rectangle blue card. If you click the face of the paper that you wrote your shape if you hide that you going to miss. Also you can't cut if you make line on the shape on blue rectangle.

Then after you done to make the lines don't forget to check that is there any gaps each line is it connecting. If you want to remove the outside of the line that you have been made you need to click the remove botton and click the outside of the line.

Then you can also cut it off the back I think it is flat at the back so if you want to make it easy to play and easy to bring you need to do this step. I think This is also important step too. Also if you click left bottton of your mouse you can move the dirrection that I am looking from so You can cick and put the part away.

And then you can just strt to filateta your shape you can just click the side wherer you wanrt to make it circle age or you can just cick the face of the shape onshape can automatically knows that where you want to make carbe to be circle. You can also check the how much mm do you want to make it round. You can do experiment here too. But if it too beg it can't be too big so you need to find it it might be make it error too if it colored like pink or red then that mense it is error.

How to screen shot?

For the apple like mac you need to use command,shift and then four it will take you to the crossing line then drag to where you want to screen shot in. Then hold the botton then drag to take photos. You need to use this to make your website be more good cority.

You can decide there whici tools are you going to finish when you finished the picture that you put on the square that you have been put. You just need to copy the one that you had been draw. If it like you want to be like draw kind of scare and like wigling you should use the spline to connect the doat a lot of times to make your shape even more better. Also important thing if you want to change the tools you was, You can just use esc botton to escape from that tools that you had been used. Last year my line was so bad because of the did't use the tools well. If you knew how to use the tools well I think you can make your best shape that you want. If you can see that you can try to use the tools a lot then you can see what will happen if you use that like that. I think this will be the most important stage in the onshape.

Then you can just copied you shape that you ha been made it in the Ipad or paper. Also don't forget to do the details too. So after you want to stand out the details you should do it by now it will be easy. I use the line and the spline to make the curve to be smooth.

Then cut it up the all thing that you have been draw of outside of space you can remove that space and you can make the shape that you had been just lined it. I am sorry that in here I think I didn't take picuture so I am skipping in the step but still you need to cut the space that you don't want have it. The staeps infor mation is on the website.

After that you have to extrude the shape that I think you would have at the bottom of your shape you had been cutted. Then you will see the arrow that where do you want to put this. You just need to hold that arrow then you can put that arrow to the top of your shape then it will gone. Don't for get to do this one because it might be something it might going to be wrong.

Then after you finished for doing the cutting off the outside of your shape that you have been done. You can fillet the side of your shape that you have been cutted. Don't forget to do the bottom of your shape and the handle where you going to bring it.

Afterthat you need to do the shell so that if you cutted with half it doesn't going to show like it not cutted. When I was doing it I was skipping that part so I have notice whne I make it half so don't forgrt to do that it will make the mess. Also after you finish that you have to check what it looks like know.

Then here is the part of the staff you can make the texture to be up. Somepepole might been done in the shape making that when you cutted your shape.In here you can also make it soomther at the corrner. It will make it more better.

Then you can split the shape that you had been made it. Youcan get split plane from the side of the onshape wherer is the a lot of layers are in. You can decide what layer do you want to half if you could get at the left.

Then after you made it half you need to make the corner at the middle that you made it spread out. It should be 0.5mm it is not too much soomth not too less. It may couse the degerous like cutting.

Then you can pull up the layers that covering the hole of the botton and screen. In here also you need to make it somth so that when the botton fit in there and I don't think the botton get out from the case too much so I need to make it easy to prees too.

In here you need to name the layers at the bottom and top. So that after you need to click the laer it will be easy to know too. These layers should be at the bellow like at the bottom.

In this step you need to make pin so that it can connect with the bottom layer and the top layer.

In here it shows about the pin or like holes that it can fi the top layer's pin. This might be very difficolt steps beacsue you need to choses the selection a lot and I asked teacher too. Also don't forget that if it got any error maybe it might be the other side of the shape so you need to click the arroe and you can change the way of where you want to make the pins.

Connecting pins layer should be at the bottom of your any layers that you had been made it. This is easy to miss it out so you should read the instraction on the website carefully I also didn't read the instroduction so I had made mistakes too.

Then you need to add the other pins that connect with the pins at the top half and bottom half. If you find this difficolt to see it you can chose the layer you want to see and just touch the eye mark so that you can hide the layer it make your shape to be covering the place that you want to see.

Then as you can see you could compare with website I missed the screen shot so there is no piture but I will tell you in here first you can opened the picture for the brain pad and doble click the Lactor then you can move it arround that will not going to cover the Brain pad device so don't put into the dot line.

Then you can add some pins that it is short so that it can connect with the top half and bottom half. But don't forget to filet the top of pins that I am showing in this picture.

Then you could fillet the side of you pins because it will make it more stronger. Ofcourse it is circle so you don't need to do the side of it but place that it connecting to your shape. Don't do at top of your pins because it it going to fit it it will be not great.

Then you can type in your name and form. This is the final stage for the onshape. This year it was also hard but as I wrote the website so that I can understand how is it going to work. Don't forget write youe name at the top half and bottom half.

Oh I forgot about it don't forget to pull up your name both side at the top half and bottom half so that you can see your name and your not going to lose it. I think this will be the actual final stage on the onshape.

Don't forget to share the Onshape shape to the google classroom.

You need to cick the left click and click the export botton you need to put into your google class room your teacher should be asking for the shape. you don't need to change the anything. Also if you exprore you can also put it into the bamboo studio easy to do too.

This is how it is looks like forthe printer.

this is the printer I used for printing my shape. As you can see at the side like wheels that is the plastic to make my shape. I choses yello and orange color to make my shape. As I wrote it my shape's title is the fox so I got to use the yello at the bottom and orange at the top so that I could easily emage my shape what is it. the things I am not happy is about the colors because I want to choese more colrs so that I could make the diffrent colors I hope I want to have the white color so that I could change the colors of tail.

Bambu Studio

This app can connect with 3D printer to make the 3D printing. It was first time to use it for me so I felt a little bit chalanging for me. Ofcourse as I using the onshape it get more easier to control then before. But this app is only use to print the 3D printing so I feel like I am not going to use this app a lot but still practice and practice.

First create your project if you are doing the top and bottom same time or not same time it still same. You need to click create new project and then it will send you like the 3D printer board. It is also in the website don not forget there is also steps.

You could drag your shape to here that you copied in the google chorome or you could follow the website for bambu studio. You could click the left side to put your copy shape from onshape you could pull in your shape.

And then it will be like this what I did was only bottom shape first. And thaen you might feel we can not change the colors don not worry. You could change the color wheel at the side.

First chose your printer. This is the important step because only the printer that has the color you want to can choses if you choses the printer randomly you can not get your own color so first chose your printer carfully and then as you could see at the top you can change the color wheel like printer you chose.

There is a few step don not forget to press the order so that you could select you shape's color. There is also some introduction you ight need to fllow plese fllow the steps that is on the website.

Then as you click your own shape you could click part by part to change the color. For me I got problem because if I click the place that I want to change the color it shows that all part so that mens I can't change only that part.

Then finish up by sending you file to your teacher. If you click the file botton you could save us... then you can name your name and form. Don't forget to post into the google class room. Your file might be havy it might take a while to save to the google class room. If you want to some help you could ask your teacher to help you.

This is what it will looks like for this photo it my top shape. But when I was looking I understand how the technology develope I am very suprise for this. For me or I don't know but I didn't connect to the printer teacher did it for me so I am didn't do the conncet with printer step but I use the color wheel at the side to make same color as the color that I want.

Final look when it finish printing.

This is what it looks like when you finish. There is the small plastic pice is inside at the top layer for that I will show you when I finish it. And the shape that I made was actuarry very good I like it and I feel like it actuary easy to hold. I get really carfull for the pins that I made whne I am going to break. The color that I only I changed is for ears and the layer at the top and bottom layer.

I use this special gods to take of the plastic inside my shape. This is call long nose pliers you can use this gods to make the hard thing to be easy to remove. It is also posible when you want to pull something out. It can club eally poweful so that it is not going to slip.

As you could see I am using the long nose pliers to take out the plastic inside my shape this is not I wanted so take all theses plastic out so that brainpad can fit. Inside these plastic this is where the screen going to be in there I think it will fit perfectly I felt like the screen is biger then what I thought.

As you are doing to taking off the all big plastic at the top it can rip the last part it can ripped off and if you can't still find your name you should try to rep it off or you can ask teacher too. Don't just rip all the layers that it has in your shape and carful when you taking the plstic off from pins.

In here I am showing important part pleses don't forget to take off the plastic inside the pin as you see closely you might see it but there is the plastic inside the pins take off it carfully. And taking off the plstic off is finish next you need to make it smooth and sand it to make it perfectly fit.

Then next make it soomth for the bottom layer you could use the wet and dry to make it soomth you can use number 400 because the less number you using it more raff. And as pepole sometimes didn't notice that wet and dry is use it by make wet and dry to be wet and sanded it is not same as sand paper.

As you could see I made some line around the space I sanded and where I didn't sanded it might be difficolt know when I look at it but when I touch it I feel like it got way more soomth. But this will take a lot time to sand it and I am not even fnish it yet this is the photo of the time that is end of lesson.

As you can see at the side of my shape that is meowbit that is the gaming device that we are going to put this into. And the thing it had been change seens last yaer is that the screen had been change cause of the botton and the screen's size it also change some size of the shape as you can see at the side of my picture there is the testing.

Also as you could see I make some lines with red it is not perfectly fitting so I need to use the thin sanding pain so that it can fit it in perfectly This is also important place because it need to be complitly fitting when you close it you might feel unhappy because you can close very well so just sand to make botton to fit.

This is the from the view left side these are the picutures that I finished me final design and finish everything. It seems nice actuary I did not edit for these because I like the nofrmal it seems a little bite shadowy but I like the normal one.

This is the angle from the right side it doesn't have a lot of changes for the front view but I can see that the left ears has a bumb impact. Also I made my picture to be all stand so that I could see the shadow.

This is the front view of my shape it looks nice. But for the face's detail might be more soomth ege might be more better if I am playing game. It might be spicky whne I hold it. I am sorry that the ears color chmaged because I copied the shape.

This is the side view of my shape for the left. I took this picture in the light box so it doesn't have shadow but it make me easy to see my shape by my self. But I like the inside because it show the shadow it make the picture to be rewallistic.

Evaluation

This is my poster of evaluation. I really like what I had been dune so far this year because posters are getting better I think. For this at the top I feel like my all staff maybe too big but I don't have any ideas that how I could use more better ways of space in my poster. I think this yaer was also great since last yaer too I am really exciting to see next yaer project. I want to improve my poster skills and renderling skills. DT and ART skills I really need these skills to develop.

Coding

When I finish coding my game I can put my game data to the Brain Pad. I can use the usb a to send the data to the Brain pad. It was really easy to send the data to the brain pad. After this you can put the battery in and you can play.

This will be how it will looks like. I pull out my cable because I finish sending my data to the brain pad. I use battery to still going on. I really like it when I put my gaming device in. This is so cool. I am sorry that I didn't take this photo inside the light box.
