This is my maze. I took this photo in the lightbox. When we take the photo we need to make sure thatt your picturing it in a diffrent angle.
I have a few mistakes that I have in my maze. For example I dont have one of my pieces.
In here, in tinkercad I made my pins too close to the corner.
Now, we need to use few machines. But, before we start we need a training test.
The teacher give you a piece of wood and do a simple cutting training. Once you pasted the test you can use it by yourself!!
When you are doing the test, you have also rools you have to follow. The blue one helps you cleer the dusts.
On the paper, you need to draw the box on it and measuring your maze. Your box must have at least a space that a ruler can fit between it so you can fit the walls.
Once you'v drawed it you trace your maze around two times for your lid and your bottom.
Then with the scroll saw you cut your two squares.
And this it what it looks like after you cut them
Next, you get a long wood. you measure your box then draw a line on the wood so you know where to cut. After you did four of them you cut them with the copping saw. It dosnt really need to be exact because your going to use the band facer for sanding it.
This is my initial design. I like all of my maze but from the beginning I liked the watermelon design because the stick looks a place to hold.
Once you'v cut it with the bandfacer you glue the side walls with the bass and the lid.
Before I add the resin need to paint white paint.
Then I put the resin on. You can choose two colors.
I thoght that my color was too light so I added some spinkles of the solid.
The teacher used a tool and smoothed my bass.
So far, with my project I really love the design of the lid and how smooth it is. I think my maze is too easy but I like the watermelon shaped and theme maze with a lolly stick to hold to do the maze. I dont like how the dark color it ended up and a little bit how small it is and most of all, I'm
This is what I did while I was wating to use the bandfacer.
After students using the resin from the papercups there are some resin left so we took them out and sand them to make it look like a coin.
Also I love the coin because it matches so much with my box. I am thinking I might put my coin in my maze box for a cute decoration.
