Decision Tree

To put all the information of the project into perspective, a decision tree is constructed. The decision tree will function as a tool that can be used by municipalities to give insight into how municipalities can achieve a better balance between the recreational use of beaches and nature via improvements in waste management. The aim is to figure out through a set of questions and statements the current beach cleaning methods as well as the willingness and financial ability to improve upon these existing practices. Above the images, a question will be asked for which the participant can choose the most fitting answer. At the end of this question parkour a simple and straightforward recommendation for municipalities to improve their beach management will be offered.
