Stop Action

Stop Action photography is when a photographer captures a subject in a "freeze" position. The viewer is able to see the subject's features when an action is performed. 

Blur

Blur photography is when the camera is still. The photo is taken at a low shutter speed, so the background is in focus and the subject is blurred. 

Panning

Panning photography is when the camera is not still. The photographer captures a blurry background and a subject that is in focus.
