Culinary Arts

The Culinary Arts program at PHS consists of four classes. Students who complete the series are eligible to receive LBCC credit, obtain Food Handler's Certification, and become eligible for recommendation to LBCC CTE Signing Day. Students complete hands on work in classroom labs and gain real-world experience through collaboration with community partners and guest speakers.
