Group Global Project

Description

The group global project was a group completed presentation. The people on the selected team each picked a place of interest outside of the United States. The purpose of this was to research, compare, and contrast information based on technology in that place. My partner and I both chose remotely different locations. The Philippines and Manchester England were selected.

About

Throughout the research process, we were able to find out some interesting facts about the places we chose. The one thing I really liked about Manchester is that it is the United Kingdoms top tech city, with over a 5-billion-pound system. That is crazy regarding how big London is!

Lessons Learned

This project allowed me to use PowerPoint feautures we learned in class and properly format headings in the word document. Another thing I learned was that technology, no matter where in the world, should be given to every person at birth. The world is constantly changing around technology and it is important people understand and take advantage of it. With the powerpoint, my partner and I worked well together. We both did research on technology usage and demand in each area. Changes were made by the two of us on the PowerPoint and contributed equally.
