Advice From Past/Current Members

• "Remember that the students you are mentoring have likely never experienced something like science fair, and it is your job to make sure that the student feels involved and enjoys his/her experience. You have to make sure that the student does not feel intimidated in your presence, and you have to always be open to suggestions. Remember that this is the student’s project, not yours, so ultimately, it is up to the student to decide how to proceed with the project, even if you think that it is not the way you would have done so."
