What is Counselling?
Counselling relationships vary according to need but may be concerned with developmental issues, addressing and resolving specific problems, making decisions, coping with crisis, developing personal insights and knowledge, working through feelings of inner conflict or improving relationships with others.
How do you know if you need counselling?
Not sure where you are going with your life.
Not knowing how to study.
Either eating too much or too little.
Feeling afraid to speak in front of the class.
Do not know how to manage your time.
Failing tests during the semester.
Chosen the wrong course of study or considering a change of direction.
Experienced sexual harassment, sexual abuse.
