The Nipmuc Writing Center is excited to announce a themed writing contest called “Winter Carol Wannabes.” Students who wish to participate must write a parody of a winter or holiday-themed song of their choice and submit it by December 20.  Students who win or place in the competition will earn a prize! Entries must be submitted in audio or text format, and groups of up to 3 students are allowed. Please note that submissions must be school-appropriate and must not use AI generation technology. Violation of these terms will result in disqualification. Put your creativity to the test and join us for some festive fun! Write a single paragraph, between 100 and 200 words, about what New Year's resolutions mean to you. You can talk about specific resolutions you have made, or discuss resolutions in a general sense. The goal is to write the most inspirational paragraph.  Stop by our table in the lobby during Green Wing breaks, Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, or scan the QR code posted on flyers around the building to submit your entry.  The winner of the most inspirational writing will receive a prize!
