My Internship, at Del-mont Consultants, revolved around drone surveying. A common task I would do would be operating a surveying drone during its operation. This semester of my internship was the most technical and skill based so far. I would both need to have the knowledge of drone flight and the rules involving it, as well as understanding the software and its uses. The main "service" I would perform would be to fly a sight and process it to ultimately create a 3D topographical map of
I hope to one day enter the field of Mechanical Engineering where I plan on being an entrepreneur where I will pursue different ideas in mind in the engineering world. I plan on college being a transformative experience where I will grow and develop my interpersonal and professional skills as a person.
I think that for someone to be considered a professional, they must achieve a deeper understanding of their field. This mainly involves gaining experience until you understand what matters in your field and what is important to focus on. Being a professional also involves the mental aspect of the job, as a professional takes what they're doing seriously and applies themselves to all aspects of the job. You must also be responsible in your field for what has been assigned to you. If someone in your field gives you something of importance you must take responsibility in getting it done.

My current work experience includes many hands on jobs such as a geotechnical internship, A civil engineering internship, a carpentry apprenticeship positions, and now a drone flight and surveying internship. This summer I plan on continuing my employment in any one of my previous positions in order to continue enhancing my knowledge of the field.
