My Personal Definition: Being professional is showing up on time and having the attitude to learn and work hard. To ask as many questions as you can and to absorb as much knowledge as possible each day. Being able to work with a team and be a team player is key.

Right out of high school, my plans are to go to University of Oregan, and get my business degree. At the same time, work on my getting my real estate licenses. I hope to start interning at a real estate agency and get some experience with this field.

Self Confidence & Interaction ○ My main goal going into this experience was to be more outgoing and more confident in interacting with people. I spoke up in Thursday Wraps ups and interviewed people at the site.
Time Management ○ I learned very quickly that an hour and a half is not a lot of time to do activities and projects. I really focused on managing my time with the projects I was working on and trying to finish before I left and in top condition. Organization○ I had to be organized in keeping updated on new content and information. I made a google doc on what I have created and a weekly plan of the post and captions to push out. Teamwork ○ I worked with Eric and other member at the internship to push out content. They helped me with proofreading my captions and coming up post ideas for the week/month. For example, Eric came up with an idea to post about Team Member Highlight of the Month/Week.

Pizza Hut
I work part time/ full time in the summer at Pizza hut. From this job, I have learned and honed my skills in time management, teamwork, customer service, and confidence. This job has given me the experience at working at a real/adult job and working with individuals. Figuring out their problems and coming to a conclusion to fit their needs. These soft skills will help me in my career as a real estate agent to deal with clients and have the experience with working long hours and other co-workers. I also have gained soft skills and professionalism from being in student council. I have worked with community and the school as a whole for many events. From being in this club, I have gained skills working with a team, presentation and participating in events. Pizza Hut
