My Personal Definition: Being professional is showing up on time and having the attitude to learn and work hard. To ask as many questions as you can and to absorb as much knowledge as possible each day. Being able to work with a team and be a team player is key.

4 Year Plan:

Right out of high school, my plans are to go to Fort Lewis, and get my business degree. At the same time, work on my getting my real estate licenses. I hope to get my licenses at the end of the year, and along the way gain more experience in real estate with interning at other sites.

Goals Achieved:

Self Confidence & Interaction ○ My main goal going into this experience was to be more outgoing and more confident in interacting with people.
Time Management ○ I learned very quickly that an hour and a half is not a lot of time to do activities and projects. I really focused on managing my time with the projects I was working on and trying to finish before I left and in top condition. Organization○ I learned how to be organized with usinf differnet websites to keep track on the task and responisiblities I have in being a real estate agent. For example, Delphine used Google Calender to help her stay organized.

Professionalism In Other Aspects of My Life

Pizza Hut

I work part time/ full time in the summer at Pizza hut. From this job, I have learned and honed my skills in time management, teamwork, customer service, and confidence. This job has given me the experience at working at a real/adult job and working with individuals. Figuring out their problems and coming to a conclusion to fit their needs. These soft skills will help me in my career as a real estate agent to deal with clients and have the experience with working long hours and other co-workers. I also have gained soft skills and professionalism from being in student council. I have worked with community and the school as a whole for many events. From being in this club, I have gained skills working with a team, presentation and participating in events.
