24-Hour Plays - Come to the 24-hour plays this Saturday, March 2nd at 7 pm. You will see 6 short plays written, directed, performed, and produced by students in one day. Tickets are $5 at the door. If you have any questions please reach out to Isabella Teter.

Blue Devil Beat Meeting - Did you like this edition of the Beat? We are looking to expand our team. Do you want to write, draw, or just be involved? Come to our required March meeting on Monday, March 5th in room 447. Email Gabriella Pilat or Gigi Blumberg with any questions.

Athlete Of The Week -

Izzy Bourgeault (Girls Hockey) - She was one of the key players in leading the team to the NYS Championship Finals. Also this year, Bourgeault crossed over the 100 career point mark and is one of only 16 girls in fed hockey history to accomplish this.

Brady Garcia (Boys Swim) - He recently won 4 gold medals at the Niagra Frontier League Championships and broke a 10-year school record in the 500-yard freestyle.

Readers of West - Join us Tuesday, March 12th at 2:30 pm in the Ken-West library to discuss The Crane Husband by Kelly Barnhill. Bring a snack or suggestion for next month's book. Borrow a copy from the library today! If you have any questions, please see Mrs. LaManna in room 451. 

Cedar Point - The annual trip will be on June 1st. Seniors and Juniors can pick up their permission slips in room 446. Underclassmen can get slips on Monday, March 4th. There are limited seats and they will fill up fast. Both the signed permission slip and deposit are needed to secure your spot.

West Fest Design Contest- Get ready to amp up the excitement for West Fest. The student council is excited to announce a t-shirt contest. If you are interested in applying please talk to Mrs. Troutman.

Sports Physicals - They will be on March 6th between 8 and 11. This will be the only chance to receive a physical for the spring sports season. Please see the nurse to sign up.

Juniors in NHS - There is a mandatory rehearsal after school on March 5th. Please meet in the auditorium foyer.

NU Visit - Niagra University will be coming to Kenmore West on Wednesday, March 13th at 11:30 am. Sign up in the counseling office. You must sign up to attend and you will be given an E-Hall pass.
