The material pack refers to the set of materials included within a syllabus. Each syllabus is associated with a single material pack, and each material pack corresponds to only one syllabus.
This refers to the total cost of all materials included in a material pack for a single student.
Cost threshold above which approvals will no longer be automatic. Any cost less than or equal to the UCU will be approved automatically. Only when that threshold is exceeded must the cost be manually reviewed and either approved or rejected. *
(*) The UCU has been set at the Academic Area or Program level, under the supervision of the Faculty Office.
In the Approver module, you will find the following information:
One line for each material pack, showing its most relevant details
Cost
Status: Pending, Approved, Rejected (with reason)
Program and Subject
Whether it contains extra materials (Whether it contains extra materials (materials that have been added to the syllabus at a later stage)
Date of the first session
When expanding each line, you will see the details of all the materials included in the pack, whether they require purchase or not. You will only be able to take action on those that require purchase.
