Embedded Files
This section contains only the software required by students for which access is managed or provided by the Documentation Department (not applicable to Microsoft Office licences).
The first step is to click on Add at the lower right corner:
Afterwards, the system will automatically generate a pop-up where you will be able to choose between the software already registered through the Search teaching Material tool, or manually add all the information of a software that is not already registered by clicking on Add Material Manually.
You can select the type of software:
Mandatory: essential for taking the course.
Recommended: useful but not essential.
⚠️Important: If you select recommended, the software must be free to access/use.
