Streamline the use of spaces in all our Campuses.
Draw up the Undergraduate, Graduate and Doctoral programs’ schedules
Advise our faculty in the preparation of the syllabi
Provide the access to the teaching material for academic activities
Support the IE Comunity iniciatives in Academic Innovation and technology from the operative perspective

The availability request process will take place twice during the academic year, approximately six months before the start of the corresponding term. You will be informed when the deadline to submit your availability opens. At that time, we will ask for your availability and any relevant indications to help us plan accordingly.
Once the assignments are made, they will appear in your Tasks tab for you to accept or decline. When the classes are scheduled, they will automatically appear in your Teams calendar.

The Documentation & Academic Books Department is in charge of advising our Faculty in the preparation and presentation of the syllabi, making it easier for students to find clearly and precisely the materials and compulsory bibliography required to follow their subject.
Among our functions, we can highlight:
Support in the management of teaching materials and content review, both from our IE Knowledge Catalog and from external sources (Harvard, The Case Center, etc).
Publishing certain content for students, ensuring compliance with established legal rights (CEDRO, VEGAP licenses).

At the Spaces Bookings Department, we seek to achieve the optimal distribution of spaces for all types of activities - teaching and non-teaching - that take place at IE. We are committed to providing our community with the necessary environment to have a differentiating experience.
We attend the requests for the use of spaces and transfer them to the support departments that are required, to ensure an efficient and complete response to our users.

The Academic Innovation Scaling division drives continuous process improvement by designing, expanding, and ensuring the sustainability of academic innovations with a direct impact on academic operations. Its focus is on the integration and scaling of initiatives internally and across departments and IE locations, ensuring operational viability and alignment with IE’s strategic objectives. The division also supports the IE community in the technological implementation and continuous evolution of tools, enhancing operational efficiency and enabling the effective integration of technology in the classroom.
Scaling and Operational Efficiency: Development and cross-program expansion of academic innovations that optimize processes, increase efficiency, and ensure consistent deployment across programs and locations.
Technology Implementation and Academic Support: Guidance in the adoption and continuous enhancement of technological tools, including operational support for immersive learning initiatives and other classroom technology integrations.
