Welcome to the KHS Theater Department's 2024-25 Season!
The International Thespian Society is an official honor society recognizing student commitment to excellence in theatre. As a thespian, you will be recognized for your dedication to theatre, become eligible for scholarships, and receive items such as a subscription to the Dramatics magazine, membership card, certificate, and induction pin. Even after you have been inducted, you will continue to be recognized for your time spent contributing to theatre.
All members of the KHS Drama Club are considered "apprentice Thespians" until officially inducted as a Thespian.
To become a Thespian, you must pay your Drama Club dues and attain at least 10 points representing your hours of work in theatre (performance and technical) during grades 9-12. Inductions for the 2024-25 school year will occur at our Award Ceremony in Spring 2025. One point is equivalent to 10 hours of theatre work.
