DoDEA is committed to providing all students with equitable opportunities to learn and to demonstrate what they have learned. By applying principles of universal design, including using technology, embedding accessibility features, and allowing a wide range of accommodations, DoDEA provides opportunities for students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills during instruction and on assessments. These accommodations are reflected on the Individualized Education Program (IEP), Section 504 plan, and/or English Language Learner (ELL) plan for students identified as eligible to participate in the English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program.
The documents below provide guidance and information related to approved accommodations within the DoDEA Suite of Assessments. Additional information can be found on the DoDEA CCRS Assessment Section of the DoDEA website.
Accommodation guidance for each PK-12 Common Paced Assessment can be found in the Schoology Group Assessment for Learning: Schoology access code: WQ6Z-4CP3-PJ839. As a general rule assessment accommodations are allowed if documented in the IEP. Each grade level has a different document within the Schoology Group outlining the specifics for implementing accommodations.

This portal is new as of April 2025. This provides all the testing manuals, technology requirements and practice tests needed for DCAS summative assessments.
