Point of view is the way the narrator or character thinks or feels about something. Their point of view is based on their experiences, beliefs, values, or attitudes. Good readers think about what the CHARACTER says, thinks, feels or does to determine the character’s point of view. We can also try to see things through another's point of view or perspective. We can say that we "walk in someone else's shoes."
