Hi, my name is Joshua Kaufman and I am a Math Specialist and I teach overseas in Yokosuka, Japan.  I have been teaching math to elementary students for more than 22 years.  Throughout my career I had the pleasure of working with many outstanding teachers and they have shared countless amazing teaching strategies, tools, and resources with me.  I figured I would pay it forward by providing these user-friendly resources with as many teachers as I can to help our students become successful mathematicians and enjoy math as much as I do!
