What if the Seesaw QR Code does not work for me?

What if my student's Seesaw QR code won't scan or I don't have a camera on my computer?

Seesaw has a 12-letter code that you can type in. Contact the teacher for the code or you may see it on the invitation letter, item #3.

If your child is grade 3 and above, he/she will use his/her Google password.

Why is the Seesaw App not working on my child's device?

If your child is using a smart device (not a computer/laptop), you must be sure that the app is up to date. Seesaw pushes updates weekly. If the device is not up to date, it often will not work. Be sure to go into your apps WEEKLY and check that Seesaw is up to date.

Also, sometimes there is confusion between the CLASS app and the FAMILY app. If you have the family app that allows you to see your student's work, but sure that you are in the class app. Students can't post work in the family app.
