Game-based Learning/Assessment Platforms 

Excellent for building vocabulary and reviewing course material in a fun and engaging way!  In most of the platforms listed below, teachers can create the questions and answer choices. Many give teachers the ability to track student responses and formatively assess understanding on an individual or class-wide basis.

Discovery Education is a comprehensive resource site that includes educational videos that align with our curriculum and standards.  It includes full-length videos, segmented videos, images, songs, sound effects, encyclopedia articles, audio files, lessons, animations, clip art and much more.  DoDEA has purchased membership for all their educators and students.  Classes are already set up according to ASPEN information. You may assign tasks and assessments.
