Goal sheets are used as a visual to remind students of their goals. They are displayed in the classroom. When the goal is met, the goal sheet comes down to the office.

Prizes given to the students were small. Amazon was an excellent place to buy them and was often the cheapest. Examples are shown below. PTO helped fund our project after we got it started.

After the students completed their goals, they brought this form to the office. The administration celebrated the student by giving them a sticker and a prize. The office staff put the data into the spread sheet so we could track the number of goals the students met.

Each teacher had a goal board in their classroom, visible to their students, to remind them of their goals. They experimented with different ideas until they found one that worked for them and their students.
