Conference Registration and Fee:
EMEA Members LIVE: $100 or Euros, Non-members LIVE: $150 or Euros
Hotel Information: To reserve your room, email Hotel Mary (info@hotelmaryvicenza.it) and pay securely online at Hotel Mary with the subject *MUSIC CONFERENCE*. About the rooms, the daily rate for the single room, single bed, with full american buffet breakfast included is euro 63.00. Daily rate for the queen size bedroom, 1 person occupancy, with breakfast is euro 77.00. The Daily rate for double room, 2 people occupancy, with breakfast is euro 93.00. To add to the room rate there is 2.00 euro daily City Tax, due per person. First come, first served.
If you are interested in an airport shuttle/transfer for 130 Euros for 4 people, let the hotel know and they can arrange as necessary.
