Blended Learning with Tech Talks 2 was a professional learning opportunity that was offered to DoDEA Europe educators during SY20-21. Each week a topic was presented in 30 minutes (or maybe a little longer). The recordings of these sessions are listed below.

Google Meet Breakout Rooms

Google Meet Breakout Rooms can allow students to collaborate online with easier monitoring of the Google Meet sessions by the educator. This session is geared towards upper elementary, middle and high school.

Google Groups

Groups such as project teams, departments, or classmates can communicate and collaborate using Google Groups. If you want to invite a group to an event or share documents with a group, you can send a single email to everyone in the group. You can also create an online forum to discuss an issue or answer questions about a project (think of possible classroom applications).

Google Classroom (Using a “Shell” class)
