first design fail

Our challenge was were we have to take lunar regolith to the lunar south pole to a container near a future Artemis Moon Base, our design was kind of just in our imagination and we just started putting pieces together and we got that. The program was kind of easy and kind of hard but mostly kind of easy but sometimes I'll have to calculate but I kind of had it most of the time. But after we read we found out that there was gonna be boulders and craters so we had to change things up and we also didn't like it. Lunar regolith which has particles of dust an soil, broken rock and other types of materials found here in Earth.

Our final design

After we read we have found out that the lunar regolith is very dusty and so we programmed it to go slow and steady so it does get all dusty and won't drop some soil. Also we added some parts on the wheels to give it grip so it gets that extra grip on the crater and will also not fall backwards and took out the drill part so it just go in and the sand stays in the shovel and pull back steady . And back to the why we have programmed it to go slow it's because so how soft the lunar regolith is we have to be careful so we don't get stuck in it. Also there are tiny hills that needs to go on top of them so that why we added extra support to the wheels and we also test it with wires and lids to see if we had to add more support to the wheels.
