Policies & General Information

Missed Lessons:

There are no credits or fee deductions for missed group lessons.  Private & Semi-Private lesson swimmers should refer to the section below (bottom of page).

Make Up Policy:

Students will make the most progress by keeping to a regular schedule with the same coach throughout the semester. However, we do understand that occasionally you might need to miss a lesson.

In order to be eligible for a make up lesson on another day, you must advise of absence BEFORE the lesson.  No make up will be given if the class has started and no message has been received.  Please Click Here  to register an absence.

Please note that once the make up class is arranged, there will be no further make ups given for not attending (or notifying absence for) the make up class.  The make up is forfeited.

Currently, make ups must be used within 12 months of the absent date.

Credit and Refunds:

There are no credits or refunds except in exceptional situations of prolonged absence eg. broken limb or ongoing illness accompanied by a doctor's note.  Please contact the LTS Team as soon as practical to discuss options.

Changing Rooms:

Please be reminded that children in Year 1 at CIS and older (or same age for non-CIS children) must not enter the changing rooms of the opposite sex.  Please use the disabled/family changing room or the staff shower room, which are both located at the shallow end of the swimming pool.  Also, adults must not enter the changing rooms of the opposite sex.  In an emergency, please seek help from our lifeguards or on-deck supervisor.
