Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign-up?

For new customers, please click this link to register an account and start to do the sign-up.

For existing customers, please logging into this link and then continue the process.

How do I make a booking? (via your computer)

1. Click on "Classes".

2. Click on "Add Enrollments"

3. Select the profile "Holiday Program" or Semester/Term Program".

4. In the middle of the page, click on "select a student" and choose the child that you are going to book.

5. A list of classes will be shown. You can scroll through the classes or use the "Add Filter" to make your selection then click on "Add to Cart".

6. If you would like to book another child into a class simply go back to Step 4 and choose for the next child

7. Click on "View Cart", check your selections are correct and then click on "checkout". You should see the note that your order has been received.

I received a booking confirmation email. Does that mean the class that I choose is confirmed?

No, it means we have received your booking for processing but the class place is not confirmed yet. Please wait to receive the second email for class confirmation.

When do I receive the class confirmation?

Usually, we will respond within 10 days but please feel free to follow up if you have not heard from us. You should receive the class confirmation email at least one week before the start of classes.

I am not sure which level my child is. What can I do?

You could send an email to learntoswim@cis.edu.hk to make a booking for an assessment. We are happy to assess the swimming ability of your child and recommend the most appropriate level to book them. An assessment takes approx. 10-15mins but do allow more time for changing and discussion.

When and how do I make the payment?

You will receive an email with the title "Learn To Swim Invoice". The invoice includes the price breakdown and payment method. Currently, you could pay either by cheque or online bill payment.

How do I inform you if my child cannot make the lesson?

Please click here to fill in the absent form. We appreciate that you could inform us in advance. For ongoing absence it is best to follow up with an email so that we could consider credit or refund (see below).

Is there any credit/refund for missed classes?

There are no credits or refunds for missed classes except in exceptional situations of prolonged absence eg. broken limb or ongoing illness accompanied by a doctor's note. We will only consider a credit or refund if you have contacted us in advance of the next lesson. Please contact the LTS Team as soon as practical to discuss options.
