This topic addresses the role of multinational corporations and other private entities in enabling or benefiting from human trafficking and forced labour across global supply chains. Delegates will consider how the UNHRC can strengthen corporate accountability, improve supply-chain transparency, and establish stronger mechanisms to identify, prevent, and penalize exploitation while ensuring victim protection, corporate responsibility, and effective international enforcement.
