New "1099 Tech-Track Certification Program"
Get a head start by taking some of these trainings on your own. Feel free to ask questions in the designated Slack channels.
As you make your way through training course, please upload your completion certificate using the link to the form below!
We will be tracking training completion as part of our Tech Track Progression.
This helps demonstrate a member’s readiness to take on increased responsibility within their sub team as they build skills and experience.
No due date - these trainings are optional for now and intended to help you build your skills.
(Sub team Leads may require specific trainings as teams take shape.)

All members begin as Apprentices when joining a new sub team
The Tech Track Program is designed to support learning, safety, and skill development
Members progress by completing online trainings and demonstrating hands-on readiness in the shop
Training completion makes a member eligible for increased responsibility - it does not guarantee advancement
Progression is based on:
Completed certifications and trainings
Demonstrated technical skills and safe practices
Reliability, teamwork, and communication
Subteam and season needs
Members may progress at different rates depending on experience and effort
Progression can differ between sub teams (a member may be Core in one and Apprentice in another)
Advancement is not automatic and not based on seniority alone
Leadership roles (Team Leads) are application-based and selected separately
