2025-2026 BASH Planning 

BASH registration/ scheduling timeline:

- January 15th: grade Assembly: BASH Program of Studies Presentation during period 10 (MSE) 

-January: High School Choir presentation for 8th grade chorus members during period 10 (MSE)

-January 22nd: Parent Program of Studies meeting at BASH Freshman Auditorium @ 6PM (presentation linked here)

-February: Course cards distributed in HR (directions here):

• • • Teachers make 9th grade course recommendations on student course cards (course card copy here)

      • any student/ parent that does not agree with recommendations will need to complete a course deviation form

    • After Teacher recommendations students should bring their course card home to review with home and have parent/ guardian sign.

      • Scheduling Reminder: Credits MUST total 7.0 (minimum, 1 study hall every day) -8.0 (maximum, no study halls)

      • 4 alternates ("ALT1","ALT2", etc.) MUST be listed (use initial column next to elective course name and credit count to indicate alternate request).

    • Course Cards will be due by Feburary 6th, however deviations and changes are permitted until May 8th.

-March: Virtual Course Cards due. Changes are permitted until May 7th.

-TBD: Last day to reach out to BASH club advisors to be in a club homeroom next year.  Clubs with a HR are indicated with a "*" after the name.

- May 4th: 8th grade visit to BASH for tour.

- May 7th: Deadline to make changes to course requests. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Deviation forms due by this date as well.

Deviation Form Due May 8th

A deviation form is required if a student is electing to take a more rigorous course than the one for which they were recommended (i.e if a student who was recommended for an academic course is requesting an honors+ level course).
