If working from a home device:
Log into Clever.com.
Use the button for logging in as a student in the upper right corner.
Select Clever password. On the next screen, scroll down for Boyertown Elementary School.
At the 4 colored squares, choose login with Microsoft. Then scroll down and select IXL. Once selected, double check that you are logged in as yourself and begin your activity.
Go to Socrative.com.
Log in through your Google account. Select "Student Login".
Our room name is CARMICHAEL5766 . There are no spaces in our room name.
The next step is to enter your first name and last initial.
Now you are set up for your activity or question.
Go to Newsela.com
2. Select "Join as a Student".
3. Answer "Yes" to the question, "Are you joining a teacher's class?"
4. Enter the following class code in all caps: Carmichael's Homeroom xx
Sweitzer's Homeroom xx
5. After selecting 'Next" to move forward, sign in with your Google account. Then select "allow" if/where it asks you.
6. You might get a screen that asks to merge accounts. Say "no".
7. Once you are in click "View Assignments".

Click on the big green button for "Kids Login".
If you are asked for a Teacher Login, use the following use lcarmichael8
Enter the student password of BASDREADS. Save your password. If this password doesn't work, notify Mrs. Carmichael.
Find your name among the list.
