Thank you for visiting my website! This page is a compilation of my science research journey over the past two years. In this time, I have completed research in the area of sports medicine, specifically focusing on neurological complications as a result of sports injury, and the overall effect of exercise on stress reduction in adolescents.

Outside of science research I am involved in many sports, including soccer and basketball. I play both sports for Fox Lane High School, as well as, a club soccer team. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, listening to music, and involving myself in community work.
