Internships
What is an Internship?
Run for over 23 years, the internship program is offered to seniors and is used to gain knowledge about various career fields. An internship can be used to expose students to their interests and help them plan for their future. Even for students who do not plan on attending college, an internship is an opportunity that offers a glimpse into a career field that her or she may pursue after graduation.
Student Requirements for an Internship
Students have to be in good academic standing ( at least a 2.7 GPA, an excellent attendance record, and a good disciplinary record)
Students have to apply to the program and they have to know what career field they are interested in (students mainly apply for what they plan on majoring in, in college)
