Tickets purchased for LoveBOx are non-refundable. 

E-tickets purchased through HelixPay are transferable once until February 15, 2025. 

The holder of the physical ticket at the LoveBOx entrance will be granted entry regardless of who purchased the ticket. That being, physical tickets are transferable with the discretion of the initial owner and to whom it is transferred to. For Non-Ateneans, in the case that the name of the ticket is not transferred by the ticket purchaser, you will have to surrender a valid ID to the guards in order to enter the campus.

For all tickets (physical and electronic), Atenean Scholar tickets cannot be transferred to an Atenean Non-Scholar and Non-Atenean attendee, and vice versa. Atenean tickets cannot be transferred to a Non-Atenean attendee, and vice versa. 

Attendees may purchase e-tickets on behalf of other attendees, provided that:

• Ticket Type/s (Atenean Scholar, Atenean Non-Scholar, Non-Atenean) are true and accurate; 

• Attendee Name/s are complete and accurate;

• Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions and Guidelines sent in confirmatory emails are communicated to other attendees.

Attendees may purchase physical tickets on behalf of other attendees, provided that: 

• Ticket Type/s (Atenean Scholar, Atenean Non-Scholar, Non-Atenean) are true and accurate; 

• Attendee Name/s are complete and accurate;

• Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions and Guidelines presented upon purchase at the LoveBOx Ticket Booth during the LoveBOx Bazaar are communicated to other attendees.

At the LoveBOx entrance, all details will be cross-checked by event staff. Any discrepancies will be addressed accordingly. 

Attendees may purchase and claim their physical ticket/s during the LoveBOx Bazaar to be held on February 18 to 20, 2025. Kindly approach the Ticket Booth for more details regarding the purchase of physical tickets. 

Yes! For Ateneans, your current school ID (issued A.Y. 2024–2025) must be worn throughout the entire duration of the event. For Non-Ateneans, kindly present any valid ID upon entry to LoveBOx grounds.

Your IDs will not be collected and will only be used for ticket verification purposes.

Kindly show a copy of your ticket and a valid ID to the guards at your respective entry gate. If your name is not on the ticket (physical or electronic), you will need to surrender a valid ID at the campus gate. 

Non-Ateneans are not permitted to park their vehicles due to limited parking spaces on campus. For Non-Ateneans, you may enter through the pedestrian gate at Gate 3.5 near the Regis Footbridge or you may be dropped off at Xavier Hall. Drop-offs are not permitted along the University Road.

Upon entry, all attendees will be required to present a valid ID and their ticket/s (physical or electronic) for ticket verification purposes.

Physical tickets for LoveBOx can be purchased from LoveBOx Ticket Booths during the LoveBOx Bazaar held on February 18 to 20, 2025. Approach any event member for more information. 

E-tickets are downloadable after purchase through HelixPay (https://lovebox.helixpay.ph/). Visit HelixPay > Profile > Tickets > 'View Tickets' > 'Save' > ⬇ to download your e-ticket/s. 

Minors will be permitted entry onto LoveBOx premises, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult. Kindly ensure that tickets for minor(s) and their accompanying adult(s) are processed in the same order. 

Yes! During the designated selling period, Ateneo alumni are eligible to purchase Non-Atenean admission tickets. Furthermore, take note of entry guidelines for outsiders.
