ACTS or Advocating for Critical Thinking on Socials is an advocacy set out to fight for critical thinking, media literacy, and accessible digital education for all. ACTS also aims to combat possible factors, such as dis-, mal-, and mis- information that may threaten and harm their experience online.
OUR MISSION
We aim to foster and create healthy online environments for all digital citizens. fight against the spread of dis-, mal-, and mis- information prevalent on Philippine social media. We also advocate for better implementation of digital education such as media literacy and online critical thinking skills of every digital citizen, most especially, Filipinos.
We aim to be able to better serve the present digitally active society.
OUR VISION
We envision molding a growing community of media-literate users who can apply critical thinking online, such as evaluating and discerning their consumption of digital information. We also aim for users to be able to spread their digital knowledge to others, avoiding possible threats or hazards found online. We wish to inspire and educate younger and future generations into shaping a digitally healthy world.
