Community Outreach & Engagement

The Montour County 2035 Comprehensive Plan will be built on ideas, visions, and feedback from a variety of sources. Multiple outreach activities will be completed throughout the plan to gather insightful feedback for the future Montour County.

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

The planning team will be hosting a final Public Meeting on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, to share the proposed Montour County: Forging the Future Comprehensive Plan.

The planning team hosted a pair of community outreach meetings in Danville and Washingtonville September 30th to hear the concerns and ideas of Montour County's residents.

Community Survey - Closed

A community survey was built to gather broad feedback from residents, businesses, and organizations in Montour County. The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete and asks questions related to your vision for Montour County.

Outreach Event - Montour-Delong Community Fair

Members from the planning team hosted a table at the Montour-Delong Community Fair in July. They provided information about the planning process and ask passers-by about their vision for Montour County.
