WELCOME BACK, DELEGATES!
Please look below for recaps and committee award data from previous PMUN Conferences!
Running a Model United Nations Conference is not a triviality. So, when we set out to plan PMUN II, we wanted to reach for the stars and achieve historic growth.
With registration more than tripling from 33 to 114, we are proud to say that goal was reached. Delegates descended upon Burlingame in October to address a variety of pressing issues: outer space resources, the death of languages, and even the historic Cuban Missile Crisis.
Special thanks to James Coleman, South San Francisco Councilmember and Harvard Graduate, who was our keynote speaker. Delegates walked away feeling inspired by Mr. Coleman to run for local office.

Our first every PMUN conference was a huge milestone for Burlingame Model United Nations, and was an incredible success to say the least.
Delegates participated in a wide range of committees, ranging from deforestation in the UN Environmental Programme, to the Irish Potato Famine Crisis that led all committee members through intensive and diplomatic proceedings.
In special recognition, we thank the delegates from Lowell High School and Sacred Heart Cathedral in particular for being our largest delegations at PMUN I, and we hope to see them again soon!
