Rosie Ringleader

Rosie Ringleader is the Carnival barker. She wears a Flannel shirt with a red bow and a hat on her head. She is also known for swinging her black crane. She is energetic and active. During the crime, she says she was attracting guests to a new attraction. A possible motive is that she doesn't like how long Barnaby makes her work.
