Attention Parents/Guardians of Athletes:
All athletic registrations and eligibility paperwork will be completed through the online platform on Aktivate.com. Parents/guardians will need to create an account and then will be able to register for each of their athletes by following the steps. Paperwork Required for Participation
All students must provide a signed and completed EL1 (if applicable), EL2, and EL3 Form.
If the student is participating at a school other than the one he/she attends, they will also need the following:
Home Education Students – GA4, EL7, and EL7V
Personalized Education Program (PEP) Students – GA4 and EL15
Charter, Private, FLVS, Alternative, and Traditional Public School Students – GA4, EL16, and EL16V
