The Spirit of the Past
I wrote a culture piece for pre-Spirit Week coverage. I interviewed and researched Dreyfoos alumni's Spirit Week. This article was able to compare how things have changed, especially since the school has a long history of Spirit Week, which makes it the big event it is now. My approach was to get interviews from multiple years to add to the display of change.

Speech and Debate Brief
I covered our speech and debate team's competition that took place recently. I was able to focus on what the tournament consisted of and the placings Dreyfoos took home. I also worked with a photo staffer to get a photo of the team after the awards ceremony.
